During sales: make sure the selection of related materials during production is strictly carried out on the basis of contract. Furthermore, we will guide our customers how to install and adjust machine on site for free and train them how to correctly use and maintain the machines, since we have plenty of excellent technicians who have experienced many big projects.


After sales: Our Company has full time staffs in charge of the after-sale service. The maintenance period for complete machines is one year since delivery time, and the maintenance period for weighing instruments and programmers is two years since the delivery time。Providing professional technology support within and after the warranty period. Promptly providing spare parts and wearing parts by ordinary price. We provide lifelong technical supports to our customers
